Supervision

I am qualified to offer clinical supervision to both qualified and trainee counsellors.  My approach is to offer challenge as well as support, with the aim of helping the therapist to better understand their work with clients through their own feelings and perceptions. 

In my own clinical supervision, I  want a supervisor to sit alongside me as a fellow professional and reflect on my work with me, with curiosity and without judgement. I enjoy it when we use creative approaches as that keeps things fresh.  And I want support, encouragement and ideas that help steer my professional development.  I aim to mirror this approach in my own work as a supervisor.
